How it works
The calculator adds your workdays, client review days and buffer days as calendar days after the start date. It is intentionally simple: weekends, holidays, dependencies and client delays are not automatically modeled.
Use it for planning
Use the estimate as a starting point for proposals and kickoff conversations. For a real schedule, confirm milestones, client feedback windows, dependencies and holidays separately.
